ABSTRACT
Managing
supply chain in this increased competitive era do not closed possibility a risk
will affect smooth supply chain flow. This risk could potentially disrupt the
supply chain network itself. Therefore it is needt to handle it with an
approach called Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM). Supply Chain Risk
Management is methods that is able to identify previously occured risk and impact
of the risk events in order to decide what about to do next. The properly made
decision is expected to reduce probability of the risk occurrence and to reduce
its impact as well. But in managing supply chain risk, performing risk
identification needs to be supported with the undertanding about the connection
between supply chain risks. The presence of the interconnectedness between
supply chain riks allows presence of interconnectedness between the cause of
supply chain risks because the occurence risk itself is tringgered by one
single cause of supply chain risk.
Therefore,
it is important to develop a supply chain risk management research related to
interconnection between risks and interconnection between the cause of risks.
This research aims to identify the cause of risks and risks occured in every
single business process. In addition, this research also desires to analyze and
measure the weight of the cause of risk and interconnection between risks on
supply chain, and able to create effective action that is able to reduce impact
of risk events and reduce probability cause of risks. In this research, the
mitigation strategy is focused on the causes of the risks using an approach
called House of Risk, while in order to draw the interconnectednedd, a network
model analytic network process (ANP) is highly needed.
